2 Days Tarangire safari tour

The safari usually starts and ends in Arusha or Moshi, Tanzania. We can also arrange pick-up and drop-off from Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport upon request.

Tarangire National Park is about 120 km (2.5–3 hours) from Arusha and 200 km (4–5 hours) from Moshi, depending on traffic and road conditions.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, lions, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, and many other animals. It’s also a paradise for birdwatchers, with more than 400 bird species recorded.

You’ll stay in a comfortable mid-range lodge or tented camp inside or near the park. We also offer budget camping or luxury lodge upgrades depending on your preference and budget.

Most of our safaris are private, meaning you’ll have your own 4×4 vehicle and driver-guide. However, group joining tours can be arranged on request if you prefer to share costs with other travelers.
